Keith Fraser
Keith Fraser was a civil engineer with the Victorian Grain Elevators Board. Later he was Supervising Structural Engineer Victoria and Tasmania, Works and Services Branch of Commonwealth Department of the Interior, and later Principal Engineer NSW during reconstruction of Sydney Airport. He was a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
