ARROW, James Thomas AMICE (1852-1913)

After joining the Public Works Department in 1902, Arrow was an Assistant Engineer to W.C. Reynoldson (q.v.) on the Goldfields Water Supply Pipeline in 1903. A foundation member of the Western Australian Institution of Engineers in 1910, he was an Assistant to P.V. O‘Brien (q.v.) on the Goldfields Water Supply. He died while still employed, on 9th January, 1913.
