He has played a major role in advancing the quality of concrete structures through Australian and International Standards, both via his own research contributions and national committee chairmanship/membership. As President of The International Federation for Structural Concrete, Professor Foster leads a distinguished international group making theoretical/practical developments in the field of concrete and concrete technology. |
