Ralph T Hattersley
Ralph T. Hattersley was a civil, electrical, mechanical and local government engineer, He worked for the MWS&D Board, the Department of Transport, the Department of Public Works and the Electricity Commission. He was Associate Professor at the University of NSW Water Research Laboratory until 1973 and then a consultant on Coastal & Estuarine Management. He was a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia.
