Richard Raleigh Ash
(1917 - 1996)
Richard Raleigh Ash was a civil engineer who worked for the Metropolitan Water Sewerage & Drainage Board; the Water Conservation & Irrigation Commission and the NSW Public Works Department where he was Principal Engineer Water Supply & Sewerage. During the Second World War, between 1942 and 1946, he had served with the Army Engineers.
Richard Ash died on 4 May 1996.
