First Dare truss bridge – Cooreei Bridge over Williams River at Dungog, 1905.

First reinforced concrete slab bridge - at Muttama Creek, Cootamundra, 1914.

First reinforced concrete beam bridge at American Creek, Fig Tree, 1914.

First continuous beam bridge, Fullers Bridge, Lane Cove, 1918.

Sydney Harbour Bridge, metal arch bridge 1932.

Clarence River Bridge, Grafton, a double decker road and rail bascule span bridge, 1932.

Mittagong Creek, Bowral - first pre-stressed concrete bridge in NSW, 1953.

Bobbin Head was DMR’s first post-tensioned completed September 1956.

Corunna Lake and Nangudga Lake on Princes Hwy were the DMR's first pre-tensioned bridges, 1957.

Gladesville Bridge: first 1000’ span concrete arch bridge; one of the first bridges using a suite of computer programs for analysis and detailed design, 1964. ANZAC Bridge over Johnstons Bay – first cable-stayed bridge, 1995. Sea Cliff Bridge opened 2005.
